Shipping and returns
We make our best effort to ship within 3-5 business days. Upon successfully ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent when your order has shipped with tracking information. Please understand that the global health pandemic can affect work and shipping times both at PennyLark and with our shipping partners.
Currently, the only location PennyLark only ships to outside of the United States is Canada. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for questions about shipping to any other countries.
We are unable to offer local pick-up at this time.
Items listed are in-stock in small batches, and availability may change. We will notify our customers if an ordered item is unexpectedly unavailable. In some cases, we can offer to re-order, but due to the nature of the handcrafted items in the shop, when it's gone, it's gone.

Reverse logistics is one of the reasons gift items are hard to source sustainably, resulting in higher prices, lower quality, and human rights abuses in manufacturing abroad.

Please contact us immediately if any of your items arrive damaged or defective. Please include detailed photos, as well as, a detailed description of the issue. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
We are unable to accept returns on perishable or personal care products.
